BrainGamma40Hz does not collect, store, or share personal data. The app requires flashlight access to deliver the 40Hz strobe effect. If you contact our support team, we may temporarily store your email to respond to inquiries. The app uses HealthKit to log Mindful Minutes locally on your device, with your explicit permission. No personal information is shared with third parties or collected by the app, in compliance with Apple’s App Store privacy requirements.
